Red Chilli - Central Bedfordshire

The New Manager is rude abusive and swore at me at front of house due to making an error with our booking due to his untrained team. DON'T GO HERE Apparently he likes to scream at top of his voice announcing I'M THE F*#KING BOSS HERE...Poor!

Banquet Night Food was absolutely epic. Best we’ve had in a while and we love a good curry. Service was awful (attentive, but awful). Tried our best to smile at the staff and compliment them on the food, but they were just so unfriendly. Such a shame. If they had have been even just a bit friendly we would totally be giving 5/5. If you like a decent curry but don’t care about a friendly service then this is the place for you. No offer of the promised coffee either. Did get a chocolate each with the bill though.

Having had many excellent curries at the sister restaurant in Buckingham Red Chilli Gold we expected a similar experience at Toddington Red Chilli but how disappointed we were. The whole experience was underwhelming, just two staff grappling with restaurant, bar and takeaway orders. Our respective curries just didn't cut it both meals bland and uninteresting. I'm assuming the kitchen was having a bad day we all know the feeling however we shall be making a return visit to hopefully enjoy a much better restaurant atmosphere and curry.

Very poor service from you guys tonight. Food ordered for our family at 6pm with estimated delivery 7-7.30pm. 7.45 pm no food and told delivery within 10 minutes 8.30pm food finally arrived .such a shame your food is very good but your service cannot be relied on this evening.

After being a long serving customer for many years. It turns up cold and the delivery man didn't have a receipt. So I asked him how much and he just made up a price. I then check on their menu and they have over charged me £5.60. They also said they will not reimburse me my hard earned money. I would urge anyone who orders from here to double check the prices! I will NOT be ordering from them ever again. The service is rude and not what I expect at the prices they charge
