Papa John's - Central Bedfordshire

If I could give the score a minus I would. Disgusting service. Waited over 40 minutes since they said the food had left the store when it is a 5 mins drive max. Food was freezing cold. Rang for a refund. No refund offered and ‘no manager on site’. Rang again next day to speak to the manager who again offered no refund but said I could ring again to get the same order for free. Went to ring for this order and as usual ‘no manager on site’. When he was finally on site he said I have already had this free order. I asked when they apparently sent this free meal and they said they do not have a system to show when they send re orders or free products. How do you know you even sent the meal then???? You didn’t send it. Still no refund. Shocking customer service. Staff are an insult to the company. Need retraining. Steal your money. Absolutely ridiculous. Just so rude, disgusting behaviour.

I tried the two spiciest pizzas on Two for Tuesday at Papa John's, both with a 2-chilli hot rating. Unfortunately, neither pizza tasted very spicy to me, likely due to the sparse toppings. I also ordered their Spicy Hot chicken wings, which were not spicy at all. Unlike Domino's, Papa John's wings do not come with a spicy sauce dip. I usually prefer Domino's but wanted to give Papa John's a chance. However, I was not impressed and won't be returning. Their pizzas taste average compared to cheaper pizza shops, with Sainsbury's £2 frozen pizza being spicier and much more affordable.

We waited for 90 minutes for our order, despite being told over the phone at the 60-minute mark that it would only be a couple more minutes. Frustrated, we decided to cancel the order. However, the delivery person showed up at 100 minutes, and by that time we had already started preparing a meal ourselves. Now we are having difficulty getting a refund.

After a hour wait a vilesoggy pizza arrived at my door step only to make it into a bin, never again!

Fast delivery, hot fresh and delicious pizzas. Two for Tuesday. What an amazing deal. Super tasty, a great family treat. My family loved it!
