Hot Head Burritos - Centerville

Me? ve had hot head burritos everywhere, but this location was friendly and the food was fresh and tasty, best food I? ve had in years, way to go manager! Move to the staff! They could taste the lime pressed on the rice, it was only fresh and delicious. I had a Hawaiian, the beautiful pineapple was wonderful!

This place is disgusting from the state of loading to the professionalism of management. there are bugs throughout the business. from the lobby, to the line, to all back counters, and to the dishes sink. Your food was touched 110% by bugs in any place. during preparation, while it sits on the line, or while the dishes in which the foods are held dry because the bugs LOVE the sink and that?s where they humble the worst. I worked here. I know they're not cleaning up. the bathrooms are never cleaned, the rear tables in the kitchen are not properly sanitated as their entire business should be closed because how disgusting it is actually. Cross-contamination here between raw meat and utensils is crazy. no regulations. I worked for the company while I was in high school and remember that they were completely different standards then. But now, just 2-3 years later? Man, Hothead as a company is a whole joke. they will? ve increased their prices and lowered their quality of food. the meat served here is literally unusable and, as mentioned above, I wouldn't feed it to my dogs. it is really so hard to serve people for food there. it is disgusting and sits all night without cover only open to the bugs. So, if Hothead is the first thing in the morning YOUR thing, yes- you eat food yesterday, that NOT PROPERLY STORED. Why do you think your stomachs are always hurt here after dinner? literally poison! I would like to add, for those who can consider this place as a form of employment, EWARE. James is a sexist, foul, a woman who hates the man because his two baby mothers have taken away his rights to his children. (very curious, why the BOTH thought they were their children. ive saw how he spoke to me, and several other employees throughout the years. to mothers. he talks about her body and her partners. he is simply disgusting over all and extremely unprofessional. You don't get real training here. You? the General Manger of the store refuses to work with availability, so much luck ever a schedule that works for you. And you? most likely open for at least 1-2 per week. Even if bugs are a problem for you personally, how you can't work on a place that is affected by mistakes? I wouldn't even disturb application because how bad their mistake problem really is. That was a fun job, good company. but it is no longer and it is really sad to see them fail.

We came a few minutes before closing thanks to traffic, and the female employee did not want to help us. The male employee took over and made our food. The Taco meat was not released after cooking, so there was a lot of fat that ran out everywhere. Hopefully, the other locations are better than this Corporate Test Store

I use to work there literally for a week, they didn't put me on schedule and ask me my availability and keep Tryna give me other times I was not available I called up there and was told to the manager was gone call me but he text me once and ask me about my availability and I told him and never received a message back so that I text and ask when was the next day, I can't work answer. Now I'm trying to get back to another position, and they said I'm not suitable for job demandation, how crazy is, why lie?

Yesterday at around 8pm, my daughter and I went to hot head burritos for dinner and we received the worst customer service. We were the only ones there and the two servers working had a really bad attitudes and kept rolling their eyes. My daughter was asking for specific ingredients but they kept saying that they couldn 't understand her, even when she kept repeating herself or saying the ingredients in English to be more clear. At the end at the cash register, one of the servers had pressed the wrong button, the women said to press cancel. I wasn 't sure if she was talking to me or her coworker but when none of us moved, she said in a harsh voice press cancel! No coming back!
