Zatie's Southern Cuisine - Center Point

Friendly people. Long line outside. Asked for dressing but was given cabbage. I trashed the cabbage. Food ok, I can cook better. Friend ordered dressing. Shared with me. It was salty!!!!!!! Not bad I just wasn't satisfied.

Tried this place for the first time today and I'm happy I did. The liver and rice was well seasoned and so tender I didn't need nothing but a plastic fork. The portions were above average and the cost you just can't beat it. The it that stole the show was their green beans LAWD. They were so well prepared and perfectly seasoned. I will definitely be back

Just moved here and decided to give a soul food restaurant a try. I didn't want what was the designated meals for the day, so I ordered a cheeseburger plate. After 1 hr and 20 minutes, I got the cheeseburger that was burnt, falling to pieces and dry. Salty as well. I am always looking for a good homemade burger, but this isn't it. I hope the soul food tastes better, it must be in high demand considering the wait times.

Great customer service and clean restaurant! I tried the Chicken Tetrazzini, Mac and Cheese and Collards. I wasn't a fan of the Mac and cheese ,because I didn't taste multiple cheeses. Also the cornbread was hard. I still enjoyed my food!
