The fried Chicken is phenomenal but the rest of it just okay and it's very slow

Understaffed and hard working. I know I review that about a lot of places. But I see these workers working so hard. They deserve patience and a raise

Guy on duty charged 2.49 to upsize a combo. Basically charged for a 2nd large fries. I asked him about it and he said my manager told be to do that.Then we go home, he did not even give me a fries on one of the combo and half filled the gravy. 24 dollars for 2 combos not worth it at all.

Came here through the drive thru, didn't receive the gravy for the chicken fried steak, my tea, besides that we where in a rush and . Although we were told it would be brought out in 10 mins, had to wait for 25 mins and go in side to receive the food.. ended up being late to my appointment. And head to reschedule for a week later.Food: 3/5
