The brisket was incredibly tender and had a beautiful smoke ring, while the pulled pork was both flavorful and tender. The mac and cheese was rich with flavor and generously cheesy, and the baked beans were delightful. Winston's is situated in a strip mall, which provides ample free parking. Although there isn't much indoor seating, we easily found a table outside. From the moment we arrived, we were promptly greeted, and our orders were taken. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We stepped outside to wait for our food, which arrived quickly and accurately. Both my companion and I were thrilled with our choices. The staff checked on us several times to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Winston's truly embodies what it means to be a local small business that is run with genuine care, and I believe it deserves more recognition from Yelpers. If you find yourself in the area, make sure to pay them a visit—it's some of the best BBQ in Denver!

I had the brisket plate for lunch, accompanied by potato salad and baked beans. The restaurant has a small storefront, and I enjoyed my meal at a table just outside the door on a lovely day. It was comfortable and pleasant. The brisket was tender and perfectly cooked—very flavorful. I tried Winston's original sauce, which was sweeter than I usually like for BBQ; next time, I'll opt for the hot sauce instead. The baked beans were delicious, but the potato salad was quite forgettable. Overall, it felt a bit pricey; while I'm on vacation, I don't normally spend $20 for lunch.

Incredible BBQ, but unfortunately they had to close down. The increase in Colorado's minimum wage, along with rising food prices and beef inflation, has made it tough for family-run restaurants to survive. It's truly disappointing to see a place like this shut its doors.

A true hidden gem. No real seating only enough for a few people. Mostly take out. Tried lots of stuff over the Lockdown. Today was burnt ends. Savory ambrosial nuggets exhibiting a true tour-de-force of control, balancing smoke, time and spices in an elusive dance to this pinnacle of taste. Get some. See photos. Call. Order. Show up. Eat. Wow! They put together a great spread for our party. We got rave reviews on the food. Pulled pork, brisket and sausages. The cole slaw was a huge hit! Thanks for all your help!
