Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Very nice and clean place, with a happy staff not to mention the chicken sandwich and burgers are much better than Macdonald?s. They seem to be very busy every time I drive by so the drive through is a plus.

This place is the best. I?m so impressed with their quickness and friendliness. Emily, Kenzie, Natatlie, and Noah killed it. We brought a group of 20 people in and they had our food in seconds. Keep killing it Freddy?s!!!

Was hoping for more than 4.5 onion rings for the price. They are delicious, perfectly cut cooked, but I just need a few more for the price. They disappear fast!

This location is absolutely terrible and keeps getting worse! Food is cold every time, I tried to go there last night an hour before they closed at 11pm and they told me they were already closed!! Not the first time that has happened to me. Tonight I got a large key lime pie concrete, which the girl working had told me I already had two slices of pie in it. I get my custard, and for what is in it it would have to be almost 100% pie for that to be true. It looks like a medium concrete in a large cup!! A comp would be nice!

I ordered for pickup and got there a few minutes before the scheduled time. I saw the two concretes in my order get put up on the counter and not in the freezer, where they say for 10 minutes. I didn't know they were mine. Then I saw the rest of my order brought over from the kitchen, which sat for another 5 minutes while the single front counter employee helped walk-in customers. I finally bagged the food myself and left. This was on a Saturday night and the place wasn't really busy, and this isn't the first time this has happened. They need to train their employees to make the shakes AFTER the food comes out, or at least put them in the freezer as soon as they're made.
