Blue Spruce Brewing Company Centennial

What a great brewery! I had the Mountain Glow Cherry Pie Lager and a flight of various flavors. All were just right! We ended up leaving with a crowler of the Poncha Pass Pecan Pie Brown. They have beer cocktails which we will be returning to try. I also had a bowl of their green chili, and I was not disappointed. To top it off, our server (Rebecca? was so attentive and kind. We 're trying to work out way through our Hop Passport, but this is one we will DEFINITELY add to our regular list. I forgot to get a picture, bit they have a pergola covered patio that looked very inviting!

Family friendly atmosphere and great variety of beer options. Our waitress Rebecca was very pleasant to interact with!

Oh my God, this is one of the best places I've been to across the country. Vibe was fun and chill, staff was super friendly. Beer menu was great, lots of different choices for different tastes. And every one we tried was absolutely fantastic. And the food, oh my God the food!! House made chips were the best I'd ever had. And the burger? When I say I want a good freaking burger....that's what I imagine. Hands down the best burger I've had in years. Absolutely will be back, regularly.

The wife and I decided to make this our first Brewery out with the baby! We were not disappointed! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, interesting, and above all awesome! The beer was delicious and the shirts that they have for sale really cool looking. I wanted to put in particular they were sold out but one of the staff members were able to find them for me she was amazingly light-hearted and friendly funny made me laugh the whole time! The wife and I and our baby will be back for sure!

Relaxed and welcoming local brewery, with plenty of seating inside and out. Staff seemed relaxed and in a good mood themselves, which made our experience that much more enjoyable.Food was surprisingly fantastic. Burgers cooked to the ordered temp, with a bold char-grilled flavor. Brioche buns were soft as a buttery cloud. Sweet potato fries fresh, crispy, and worth the upcharge.Taking off a star, because we expected stronger beer offerings. Of the 8 that we tasted, there was only one that we both loved, which was the Conspiracy double IPA. The others were ok but not outstanding. Some straight up had a weird flavor. The imperial Belgian blonde seemed promising, had that beautiful Belgian taste, but was way too sweet.We'll probably be regulars here, though, and try more things. They've got a great selection of food and brews, in a nice atmosphere.
