Cascina Varocara - Cella monte

Typical location in a house of Monferrato, we were greeted in an exclusive room for us 4, with great friendliness of all especially Stefano. The quality of food at km 0 true is exceptional. Excellent wines. I'd be right back if I didn't live a few hundred miles. But we'll see you again. Good.

The weather outside was not beautiful but inside the living room, near the fireplace on, it was fine and so, a course behind the other, the day passed happily. The menu is classic in the area, the pancakes served in the appetizer were so good that I ate dozen. I don't know how the final account is, because I was at a ceremony and so I didn't pay, I still think it's worth visiting this farm!

We had an amazing dinner! Steve (Stefano) welcomed us like we were family and then food started rolling in. There’s was no menu so antipasti and wonderful Prosecco started us off. My girlfriend is vegetarian so the menu was adjusted for her. We had so much great food that was so fresh and from the farm! I really hope that we get the chance to come back some day! If you have the chance, go!
