There were three of us in our party. We arrived at approximately 10:30. The restaurant was at near capacity. There were seats at the counter, but not together. we were told that a table would be cleared shortly. We were seated just about five minutes later. Our Server was Amy. She took our orders and brought beverages very quickly. Amy was quite attentive throughout our visit. Our table was in a very unique spot. I had a clear unobstructed view of the food prep staff. They each had a station and worked together to prepare the meals. They were very busy. I saw what looked like 10 or 12 meals packed to go. I observed one of the prep staff failing to practice good sanitation measures. I pointed this out to Amy and suggested that one employee be retrained. It took about 30 minutes to get our meals. Given the number of patrons in the restaurant at the time, I thought that the time it took to get our meals was reasonable. Parking: When we arrived, I only saw one available parking spot in the front and on the east side of the building. I did not take the time to see if spots were available on the west side or in the back.

The quality of the food is outstanding. The people are so friendly and I received great service. The dining room and restroom is clean and I always have a great experience here.

Went to the huddle House for the first time. Probably after church got out, place was packed pretty noisy. Our waitress Amy was attentive. Food was decent. Deducted a star only because it took 40 minutes to get our food. Other than that, good job.
