C. Wiesler's - Cedarburg

I have only been here for the fish fry but it was fantastic.

Nice family run bar/restaurant. Food is cooked in the open kitchen.It's probably the cleanest toilets I have ever seen in a bar.Super friendly staff, great for festivals.

It was a warm summer night, we needed supper, and Wiesler's deck with its colorful umbrellas was calling. We were there soon after they opened at 4 p.m. so we had our choice of tables. The menu is not huge, but it didn't need to be. My husband ordered the beer cheeseburger with a side of coleslaw and I had the turkey/bacon wrap with a side of applesauce. We were both very satisfied with our food. It turned out that the friendly and attentive waitress was the owner of the bar/restaurant for the past 35 years along with her husband. They must be doing something right. Good food combined with the historic building made it a great choice for us.

The food is wonderful and the service was great, despite clearly being understaffed. It will definitely be a regular Friday night stop for their awesome fish fry!!!

Tried this dump again after 3 year hiatus...thought bartender would have been fired by now for anger management issues...same old same old....
