Pizza Hut - Cedar Rapids

Place smells like s and the ingredients are old and dry. Gross

My breadsticks were excellent, as usual. The employee there is always very friendly.

We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. one was wrong. called shop and they offered to make new pizza and deliver us credit. they were very customer service mentally and apologised for the chaos. that goes far into my book.

Absolute worst pizza hut every! All 3 pizzas were made incorrectly. When I called to inform them I was hung up on while explaining what was wrong. Called back spoke to manager who literally drilled me about the pizzas. Called my phone back 2 times. Once to ask for incorrect pizzas back(no problem we didn't want them obviously). Then his unprofessional staff argued how it was made. He calls back AGAIN saying there was supposed to be bacon on the pizza and that wasn't even on there! At this point I refused them to remake the pizza as I was afraid they were going to do something to them.

All of my food was hot when I got it, the quality of the food was great as well.
