Burger King - Cedar Rapids

Has some serious problems with the bk app while at this location. The manager was very helpful, patient, and understanding in working through this issue! She even offered us the food for free after the order and coupons on the app were a complete disaster. Kudos for the customer service here!! Shame on Burger King’s horrible app!

I wish the drive-thru attendant had directed me to the main entrance instead of saying 'the front of the store,' which was confusing. This was my 4th time trying the Spicy Ch'King sandwich, but it seems like the quality has declined since my first one. I will stick to the cheaper menu items and special deals from now on. Unfortunately, there wasn't a location in Waterloo, so we drove out of our way to try this one, as the nearest one is 45 miles from home.

I haven't had a whopper in some time and it was delicious. Had more onion then normal but I just took off the excess. They actually salted the fries and I could taste the difference. They weren't bland this time around.

I absolutely adore this place! The staff at the window were fantastic and actually seemed to be enjoying their work. The food and service were also excellent.

I had a great experience at this Burger King location! The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and overall, I highly recommend this Burger King over others. Thank you, Burger King!
