Boulder Tap House Cedar Rapids

I very much enjoyed going here! The food was very good, wait staff was super nice, the place was clean and its a large space, youre not all crunched in. Great bar. Recommend

Our experience here could be summed up in two words: top notch! The restaurant was very clean and had a very welcoming and dynamic layout. Our server Savanah was among the top 5 waitresses I've ever had the pleasure of being served by. Her timing was nothing less than perfect. She never let our waters go empty and she gave detailed and very honest suggestions that guided us to some delicious highlights on the menu. The food was amazing and very filling! Cooked and plated withcareful attention to detail. We will definitely be returning and thank everyone who was involved in making tonight's experience one to remember!

I had a drink that's advertised as containing edible glitter, it was the reason I gave this place a try but it had no such luster. I know the keg needs to be rotated or the glitter settles in the bottom, which they obviously don't do. We had to ask for our drinks to be the larger size on special but the server still didn't get them right. Asked for water several times and cheese for our pretzels was so cold you could hold it upside down and nothing dripped. We had to takeour check to the bar to pay because our server didn't return. Definitely not a fan and would have complained to a manager if the bartender didn't tell us they were too busy.

Good food but with the bar located in the middle of the room gives large open space between bar and tables. To me this arrangement makes the customer feel exposed to other patrons and doesn't give that private intimate atmosphere that other similar restaurants do.

The only negative thing I have to say is the prices aren't exactly wallet friendly, but the food is worth the price. I had the Tequila Lime Chicken Tacos. Seriously recommend.
