Applebee's Grill - Cedar Rapids

The food at Applebee's was as expected. However, the service was strange. The waitress would ask if we needed anything else even when there were clearly piles of trash on the table.

We frequently dine at this restaurant. However, on our last visit, we requested our meal to be cooked well done but it was served rare.
