I don't take friendly to several hairs in my sandwich! To add, the bread was crooked to my wife's sandwich and fell apart... see pictures of someone's hair with divided ends... I called and talked to the shift manager Daniella when the manager Gena was not available, she apologized, but I don't want to hear Daniella... Where is my refund!

I ordered the Jamaican Jerk sandwich, and while I was placing my order, the cashier started scratching her forehead with her gloved hands. She then continued to handle my food with those same gloves. Although she issued a refund without any hassle, I believe food handlers need to be more cautious about personal hygiene. It's important for them to avoid touching their face, mouth, or eyes while handling food, and they should change their gloves, especially after touching money or the register.

I don't think they only hire Spanish speaking people, they have no idea what you order, no wonder you get a ham sandwich instead of a Turkish sandwich. Guess they work for less. Doesn't look good for the setup.

Meanwhile, three staff members were behind the counter, seemingly distracted by their phones. To make matters worse, there was a messy spill on the floor that had clearly been there since we arrived, suggesting someone had started to clean it but then abandoned the task. In the time we were there, only three customers came in, got their items, and left. It’s really disappointing to see the manager allowing the situation to deteriorate like this.
