Ecuadorian Chocolate Factory

I waited for a food order from a nearby restaurant and the owner was extremely friendly, personable, and dedicated! He gave me a tour of his shop, explained where the chocolate comes from, how it is made, and the differences between the various chocolates. It was a fantastic experience and I ended up purchasing a lot of chocolate that will last me the whole month. Highly recommended!

When I went to the restaurant next door, I observed that the staff were more focused on chatting with each other than attending to customers. The cashier and owner were engaged in a conversation, ignoring me and another customer. Despite the lack of good customer service, the chocolate they had on display looked appealing, even though I decided not to try it.

Upon entering the restaurant, the first thing you notice is the incredible aroma that sets it apart as something truly special. They take pride in processing their own cocoa beans, grinding them on-site and filtering them before approaching the impressive chocolate display area. The owner was enthusiastic about sharing their production process and even offered us samples. The atmosphere is professional and elegant, and the chocolates range from a sweet 55% to a bitter 100%, with a total of five options in between. I am already looking forward to returning.

Beautiful owner, great chocolate. in his loading we felt like he had taken us into his home. his passion and his knowledge is unmatched. as soon as they taste their product, there is no return to normal, factory-selled chocolate. we're stuck.

Family that runs the place is real nice and their chocolates are simply amazing. Hot chocolate mix is incredible (only thing I didn't sample before buying)
