Aurelio's Pizza Of South Holland

Let me start with, this is my first time at this location and I have had zero issues with any of the others in the past. I ordered for delivery. The driver showed up with 2 pizzas (I ordered 1). I let him know that I only ordered one. He doublechecked and said, I'm right, the orders were mixed up and asked me to wait. He got into his car and sat there for a minutebefore leaving. After awhile I called the location and was told they could put a rush on another order but have no ETA. Iasked if it would be an hour, two, more? She said she does not know, she could also refund my money. I chose thatroute. Basic expectations were not met. I think there are a few opportunities for coaching here

I have been to a few Aurelio's in IL in including the original in Homewood, but this location has the best pizza of all the others. Pizza is cooked to perfection. Pepperoni nice and crispy on top. Crust baked to a nice crispiness but not over baked. Iorder with extra sauce to really perfect the pizza and it is delicious. I highly recommend and even recommend ordering pizza forbig parties.

Really good pizza (I like the Big 6), great service and a clean appealing dining area. Plus they went to great lengths to changed the channel on the TV to the Sunday night football game when we asked.

I have ordered here many times and eaten inside, no problem, but I will never order online again, got there to pick it up, they couldn't find my order asked me 3 times what I ordered then said it was in the oven cooking, supposed to be ready at 5:45 wefinally got out pizzas at 6:10 and 1 of them was completely wrong! After asking 3 times you would think they would not mess up!Very upset I have company waiting at my house to eat.

Nice dine in dinner visit. ?Fiesta? size pizza was prepared and cooked (well done) just as we ordered. Garlic bread was also good. Our server was quick and friendly, overall a five star visit.
