Mintea Asian Bistro - Cedar Knolls

I am truly disappointed by the consistently negative attitude shown by the young woman at the front desk of Mintea Sushi Asian Bistro. It is frustrating to receive such poor service, especially when my friends have also had similar experiences. My friends and I used to be regular weekend customers, typically spending $300 to $400 and splitting the bill among ourselves. However, due to the repeated negative interactions, I am now inclined to recommend that my friends consider dining elsewhere in the future. We cannot continue to tolerate this level of customer service and disrespect. Unless significant improvements are made, such as removing or retraining the individual responsible for this poor service, you will unfortunately lose our valuable business. It is disappointing to be excited for a pleasant dinner with friends only to have it ruined by such treatment. We will be taking our money elsewhere. We expect to be treated with respect and courtesy when dining out. This is poor management. It seems that things have changed at your restaurant. Jim Service: 1

This restaurant is excellent because the service is very fast. We ordered shrimp dumplings, tuna, miso soup, and shrimp tempura and all of them looked and tasted fantastic! The staff were very friendly and we had a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend it.

The woman answering the phone and taking orders was very impatient and rude when I was being nice. Owner please message me for some feedback I will not post here as I have been coming to your establishment for many years. I just want to make sure you are aware of this nonsense.

Don’t try the Thai food and Japanese food here. The people are not Thai and Japanese don’t know how to cook Thai and Japanese food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service at this restaurant was terrible. The staff were rude and inattentive, and our food took forever to arrive. The atmosphere was also disappointing, with a lack of decor and a noisy, chaotic environment. Overall, I would not recommend dining here.
