Panera Bread - Cedar Hill

Came to eat breakfast and was calculated for coffee. But the whole coffee selection was empty even decaf. The old employee who said they were short staff and managers screaming in the kitchen, there is no coffee. Several customers went after, I had already paid. Was not a pleasant experience, especially that I use it for my customer placement.

This place is so slow. Not worth your time when you're in a hurry. There were 4 other people in the line and it took them, no joke, 40 minutes to even take our order. Needs better and friendly staff. 0/5 if I could.

HAZARD! This place is absolutely disgusting on the inside! I can't even believe this place wasn't closed. At 14:45 and at 15:35 I asked for a refund because my order was not yet prepared. The woman who worked the Exo said she had so many orders before me that she could not even see my order. While I was waiting, I watched the food staying on the walls everywhere. literally had mold growing throughout the Soda machine; that was completely out of carbonate spirit you. The carpet in front of the door was so messed up, we saw about 10 people on the carpet. This place is urgently necessary for the training of employees and a visit to the health inspector.

I found my sandwich? Place, I roasted turkey with avocado ,bacon. OMG, Delicious!! And the chips come with, ohh, just finished and I'm ready to go back. YUMOk 2 times, took me 20 minutes to a bowl of soup! Staff too slow, you need to speed it up. Will not go there again!!!

I ordered rapid pick up and was told it was a 10 minute wait. I live 7 minutes from here, so I got there right on time. Was inside already when they sent a message that they were behind. 3 minutes later, another message that my food was ready: it was not. I was sitting in front of the rapid food station the whole time. I didn't get my food for another 20-30 minutes. My food was cold by then, I don't know what the hold up was. Not the first time something like this happens at this location. Have had many wrong orders/ missing items. Don't think I'll be back anytime soon.
