Domino's Pizza - Cedar Hill

AVOID THIS PIZZA PLACE! I strongly recommend ordering from a different store on Uber Eats. I placed my order and, after three hours of waiting, I still hadn't received my pizza. When I called them, they kept assuring me that my order would be ready soon, but it never came. I was very disappointed. Save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere else!

I have to give credit where credit is due. On that day, I really have to commend this place. A guy named Tony addressed my concerns and fixed my incorrectly delivered order. He asked questions to ensure he understood what I needed. I appreciated his patience, and he successfully corrected my order.

I ordered five pizzas over the phone, and they told me it would take about 20 minutes. I arrived after 30 minutes, and without any apology, they informed me that my order wasn’t ready and it would take another 10 minutes. When I returned, the same employee told me once again that the pizzas weren’t ready and it would be another 10 minutes. I pointed out that he had just told me that 15 minutes earlier. Then, he claimed that it was before they got busy and said it would now take 20-30 more minutes. To my disbelief, he seemed annoyed with me as if I had done something wrong. I requested a refund, and he suggested checking if the pizzas were ready, but the person preparing them said it would still be 10 minutes. I really wanted to give them another chance, but I'm incredibly frustrated. They should have offered me a refund or at least a significant discount. I ended up missing my daughter’s birthday celebration because of this.

Baked pizza with cold dough, dough had a lot of bubbles. It was also assumed that 3 topping was not at all and hardly any meat at all. Bad service 9/19/2022.

Giving this one star because there is not an option for 1/8 of a star. Very terrible service DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.Waited 1 hr and 30 minutes and my order has not moved to bake. Been in prep mode for that long and not even started on my order. I called to get hung up on to check on my order. The guy working there picks up the phone to hang up immediately.I had to drive down there to cancel my order. Only one guy making pizza and one helper just looking around doing nothing. One driver is what he told me. A company like this should not be in business. They should state that they are short staffed before someone places an order. Then it would be understandable why the wait is so long. Closed down or higher more workers.
