Cotton Patch Cafe - Cedar Hill

It was our first visit in cotton patch very nice place very clean our waitress was very nice and friendly, but seemed a little distracted with other employees. but overall it was a good experience and we will come back.

Eating was okay, my rice was a bit hard as if it was overcooked or covered in a refrigerator, but i had to come here and write an evaluation because our waitress kayla was absolutely amazing! my children (3 years and almost 2 years old) were a handful and they made our experience so much better by talking to the children and sitting with them to calm them and I felt bad and thanked her and she said she had a son to house so that she knew how I felt. she went beyond and beyond with our children. she was very helpful and gave the children some tasty, but was always respectful and always said I give you this, but you can have it when your parents say it's okay or when she saw that we fight to put her, she said I will give you this, but only if you listen to your parents and sit down. super helpful and very courteous and friendly! she made our experience definitely more pleasant, and I will make sure that we want to call at any time to make sure she works!

Great food. a terrible service. the whole environment was very inadequate. many employees are standing around and do nothing. it was as if there was absolutely no guidance so no one was motivated to give good service. we waited incredibly long to be able to sit (it was 9 o'clock on a Monday night and was not the least busy.) when they finally acknowledged the waiting, they went very unchalant to us to clean a table (there were many dirty tables waiting to be driven.) they removed the dirty dishes, and then plagued with some workers, then washed us again, then the When we asked for a towel to dry the table itself, they came very slowly with paper napkins and ran their hands over about 1/3 of the table. it was a moment of twilight zone. I have never seen that such a not mind all going around half sleep overall environment. we love cotton patch, but not this special (our first time at this place)

It had collapsed as usual. had strawberry pecan salat. had chicken fried brisket. he said that the deep-fried food leaves fair on the county?!

June 2021! I had the chicken spaghetti and butter cake and it was delicious, I just wish the chicken spaghetti had more cheese and seasonings but overall for it to come from a restaurant it was good! It was my first time here and won't be my last, I'm in love with this place and can't wait to try different things on the menu. I forgot to take a pic of the spaghetti ?? but I did take one of the butter cake and as u can see in the pic, it speaks for itself. And it's whip cream and caramel sauce on top, yum? I had got it to go so that's why it's in the container. All in all I'm one satisfied customer? Update March 2022! I just had chicken fried brisket with cream gravy and dr.pepper sauce and it was the bomb! This place never disappoints me, and yes I said brisket and not chicken it's new on their menu, and as y'all can see I had southern green beans and mac and cheese and corn(not pictured) as my sides. I also got the new Texas Hummingbird Cake and let me just tell y'all go try it for yourselves because oh my goodness you won't be disappointed!
