Chili's Grill - Cedar Hill

Hardly any diners and many waiting employees. Easy to wait. The waiter took our drink order, 1 water, 1 beer. Water came pretty fast. The beer was always at the bar! We sat in a barroom stand, so I finally went by and got my own beer. The service is bad. Food: 4/5

Poor service, lazy servers, dirty place. Waited about 20 minutes at the table and no server attended or even stopped to serve.

I came in Saturday evening. The waiter was attentive but the food wasn’t what it should’ve been. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta. Chicken must’ve been frozen bagged grilled strips. They didn’t bother to try to season it, the noodles were barely Al dente and the pasta sauce tasted like Aldi brand Alfredo sauce. The strawberry lemonade was obviously from the fountain but never really got cold. Much like Hawaiian Punch. I wouldn’t even bother coming here if you’re looking for a half decent meal.

Great prices for even better food. Good drinks. The service was good, but my only thing was that the waiter didn't ask if we wanted to refill, we had to fly him down, but no biggie. I had games to see with my family. The welcome and simple confirmation of all employees, although they were not our servers, was an amazing experience. It is very family-friendly and peaceful. I will definitely bring my family and others back and spend my money happy.

We walked in, not busy. At least 3 people looked at us but no one offered assistance. We finally sat down and was then approached and told we 're not supposed to sit just anywhere! The only person who helped was the bartender. Took a video of the other workers barely moving. Would have left but pregnant daughter was hunger. Not again! I hate paying for bad service. No stars with this experience!!!
