This dieucks is a busy situation, but they get each their order in a pretty good time. we visited these dieucks with our travel clinic and had only positive experiences so far! keep the good work, we will be back soon!
By far the best stars I've ever been for everyone was friendly and super friendly .and I traveled to many states
I love Starbucks and the coffee is always the same stuff in each branch, and in this case the drinks are not the problem. The drive-thru is absolutely ridiculous, it is literally in the middle of a small road, so semi trucks were honking at us to get by while waiting in line. We wait for about 20 minutes, only to find out the drive-thru barista forgot about the line of cars adding up. Lame service.
I rarely have a problem with this store, however today I was appalled at the service I got. While going into the store I was “greeted” by the store manager amanda. She had the worst attitude and was extremely rude. She made me feel rushed and unwelcome with her arrogant and impatient attitude. Unfortunately this is not the first time Amanda has had acted this way towards customers. Many times while in that store Amanda is not only being rude and careless with customers but also her staff. She has screamed at them, barked orders, and berated them. I understand this can be a stressful job but yelling at her employees to be happy while she is crying and refusing to help customers and staff is simply unacceptable and quite frankly embarrassing. Many times customers are patient with her and in return they get her bad attitude and harmful words. I genuinely feel bad for the staff on shift with her because she is so rude to them and expects the most while doing nothing. The only good that came out of this visit was the barista named Audrey. Not only did she apologize for Anandas actions but she kept a warm and helpful smile while Amanda was dragging her down in front of everyone. Audrey was kind and patient and made sure to have conversations with the customers. She made sure everyone knew they were welcome while still getting their drinks out in a timely manner. I’ll go back to be helped by Audrey. But never by Amanda She needs some more training to learn good people skills.. it’s Crazy she’s a manager.:
