Mcdonald's - Cedar City

After my last experience, I was about to give up on McDonald's and DoorDash. However, this order completely changed my mind! Everything was correct and fresh. I would rate it a perfect 10/10!

This is the first time I've been disappointed by McDonald's. The Chocolate Shake had hardly any chocolate flavor at all. I ordered a medium Big Mac Meal with a Sprite, but I didn’t receive my drink. Plus, all the food was cold.

The nuggets were old and stale, and I didn't receive the fries I paid for.

Did not receive the drinks for the meals. the 2 cheeseburger meal only had one correct sandwich. the other cheeseburgers where not even from my order. the vanilla shake was strawberry.

Usually it takes to get food during the busy time. I'm going to work very early, when I walk around, it's fresh and tasty. during some other timeframes the service can be very slow and in the rule at least one item is wrong, but they try to correct and get it right. I only had a really terrible experience and that is a withdrawal not a rule. it was late at 8:30. they seemed to have a lot of personal, but they could not get up yet. I was in the drive thru line almost 20 minutes from the arrival to receive order. I was told to move forward and wait more. my order came out and was not my order. I had sent him back and waited longer. my corrected command came out and was wrong for the third time again. the poor fellow worker finally pulled out her phone and took my order to make sure it was right. the third time it was finally right. again this was the only really terrible experience. my other visits here were actually much better.
