La Casa Don Miguel - Cedar City

I took my wife there for a nice chili Rellano dinner. First of all I have eaten there before a few years ago....but, this time we were majorly disappointed. The service so slow it took the waitress 20 minutes just to get our order. The salsa with the chips was almost tasteless...almost like it was from a can. I asked for some other kind of salsa and it too was not flavorful either. When we ordered our chili rellanos we waited so long that the basket of chips were gone, we had finished our water....and we waited and waited. It took them over 30 minutes to get our food to use....then we saw the rellanos were over cooked and dark brown! Again the sauce on top of the rellanos were blah, the rice was at room temperature, and had no flavor....needless to say we will never go back there again. It was nothing like I remembered a few years ago. Sorry Don Miguel you are not the quality that I remember.
