Papa's Mexican Food - Cebu City

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The Mungo sperrouts, ground bark, salad, and cheese burrito did not live up to the expectations set by the videos I had seen. It was not appetizing at all.

I highly recommend this restaurant because they serve food in less than minutes. The owner is very accommodating to every customer that walks in.
