Dirty Dirty Dirty place the waitress needs to tidy up. It use to served good food now it really taste bad
I visit this restaurant every weekend. There are plenty of fast food options nearby, but while they're cheap and quick, they're not the best choice for daily dining. Lumia offers a wide variety of dishes, including vegetarian, meat, and fish options. You can select as much as you like. You can choose three plates of dishes with rice, and the prices range from 150 to 250 pesos, depending on what you choose.
If you're in Cebu City and planning to visit the Carbon public market, this is the perfect spot to stop by before or after your shopping. Known for its delicious Ngohiong, steamed rice toppings, dimsum, noodles, and other Chinese favorites, it's a local gem! Don’t expect fancy new furniture or air conditioning—it's the charm of the place that has stood the test of time. You'll enjoy great-tasting, comforting food served warm (if not hot) as you explore the market for your groceries and supplies.
This self-service restaurant offers an extensive selection of Chinese-style dishes. It's a great alternative if you're looking to switch things up from the typical local eateries. I had a very enjoyable lunch, and the fresh spring rolls were truly memorable!
