Incredibly and pleasantly surprised, we came to the mountain range for labor reasons, but it was Monday and in a small town it was not going to be easy to find where to eat. In the first place was this place, so taking advantage of the fact that we were working and a public institution, we asked the local people who seemed to them and to our surprise when they refused to go. We didn't say anything and we were about to not go but in the end we forgot what local people said (it is noted that they have to have something against ), the best decision. the friendly waitress, a cheese from the exquisite region, an incredible Iberian feather, plus some Iberian sausages to excellent wine. dessert an almond cake with a stew cream. In short, we've been in the northern mountain range for 2 weeks and this has been the best of all with a difference. a pity that local people (I guess not all) don't value a great restaurant like this.
