Duckies Chowder House - Cayucos

I love this place! the people are hard working and friendly. we live 300 miles away and some days I wake up ready to go to duckies for lunch. is so good and fresh to eat. two taco plate is very full and delicious. the atmosphere is beach casual and just a few steps from the beautiful cayucos pier.

The crab sandwich had whole crab (not crab salad), it was the best dish our group had. Nice outdoor seating and drink selection. The fries on fish and chips was great but the fish itself was average like you might expect at a chain … had hoped for better!

Had a really nice time here the staff was prompt and very friendly casual fun loving atmosphere.The Parmesan and garlic french fries were delicious chowder was great.

When they come to duckies, they can discourage the amount of people waiting in the line to get. not angry, the turn is fast. they will quickly find a place. sit down and enjoy the best seafood here in cayucos. they know that the seafood is fresh because it is right on the beach. this place is pulsating and with friendly, fast service you can quickly remember something. try the fishtacos loaded with fish or garnel with all their garnishes. they are also known for their muddles.

Very good portions fresh fish. beautiful fresh koleslaw with variety of cauliflower: wonderful chowder. good beer and wine.
