Vegan Kitchen - Caye Caulker

As everything on Caye Caulker, food is a little expensive (compared to prices on mainland and Central America in general, but Belize knows more to cost). The stable is open until they are sold out, so a few days they close 17 others earlier. We ordered a vegan Curry (25Belize) and a Mango Tango (10 Belize). The owners cook everything with love and devotion, which makes it really tasteful, but you also have to bring time. The curry vegetables were cabbages, carrots and corn, which was a creation I never had before. I also liked that the sauce contains coconut and only a little curry powder (a lot of places on the island spice only with a lot of curry powder). It came with rice

The curry included unique veggies like hollow, carrot, and corn, creating a new and delicious combination. I appreciated that the sauce contained coconut milk and just a hint of curry powder, as many places on the island tend to over-season with curry powder.

The food at this restaurant is incredibly tasty! The atmosphere is lovely, with a bustling vibe and wonderful views of the sea. However, it still maintains a street food feel. The prices are a bit higher than other places on the island.
