Bugio Eco - Caxias do Sul

Although not vegetarian, bugio eco is one of my favorite restaurants in caxias do sul. the reason for this is the origin of the ingredients (all organic) and the excellent preparation of the dishes, and also because the youngs it super friendly. I had there four times to lunch and the buffet (for which I can eat r$ 25.00 for everything they can) was usually vegetarian, except for the fish meat and a homemade cheese. I am vegetarian, but I am sure that a vegan can have a good time and enjoy a very well prepared meal there. eating is really delicious and you can really taste the fresh of the ingredients used. it is also beautiful that they offer many flavors and sauces for the hot dishes and for the salat. flaw eco is known for its pizzas served in the evening. they are really delicious! there are some suggestions of pizzas and also some beer to harmonize with them, but I don't want to miss the ingredients from a large board they have on the wall to get some fun. they also have suppening, sandwiches and such things. next to eating the whole place is very nice. if you want to burn the calorie from what has just eaten or needs some food after workout, there is a climbing wall at the same place. the music they have there is generally good and the staff is friendly and attentive. In short, I recommend the place. it is only a pity that it is not a vegetarian restaurant in the future.
