From tacos to burritos to quesadillas, the menu has a variety of options to choose from. The Cabeza, Camarones, Tripitas, and more are all delectable. The service is friendly and quick, and the food is mouthwatering. I really hope this taco truck sticks around for a long time!
I visited this restaurant for a quick meal and tried their carnitas burrito. The first bite was amazing! It was one of the best burritos I have ever tasted. I definitely plan on returning. The delicious burrito has inspired me to explore more of their menu.
I have been searching for the Medford-based food truck Tacos Culichi, but I believe this restaurant is run by the same people. As a private security professional and company owner who works nights, I had seen their truck on Central Avenue by Les Schwab in Medford many times. It was always busy and popular, especially among Hispanic patrons. This is a good sign that the food is delicious, authentic, and affordable. The first time I visited, I saw them cooking fresh meats over a real wood fire grill, and the smell was so enticing that I had to take a picture. I met one of the owners, Daniel, and we had a great conversation about the food truck, their values, and business ethics. I was very impressed. I placed an order to take home for my wife and me, and it turned out to be one of the best Mexican meals I have ever had, not just from a food truck but overall. The quality, care, and pride put into the food is evident in every bite. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. They are also accommodating to special requests, such as substituting raw onion with grilled onions. Everything I have tried there has been fantastic. Although there was a mix-up with my order once, I understand that mistakes happen, especially when the restaurant is busy. I am a fan of adventurous eating, so I highly recommend trying the Buche (hog stomach/intestine), which is deep-fried and crispy, similar to bacon. I like to mix it with the pork carnitas for a pork overload. The restaurant also offers extra sides such as cucumbers, peppers, onions, limes, guacamole sauce, and a variety of salsas. It is a great place to experience truly authentic street food. I suggest going on a weekend and ordering the SUADERO meat, which is slow-cooked beef brisket and incredibly delicious.
We are new to the area and discovered a great new spot for burritos. They are delicious and we will definitely be returning. Check it out in Cave Junction - it adds some spice to our lives.
Delicious burritos! This Mexican food truck in the Chevron parking lot is fantastic. They have a wide variety of options on the menu to satisfy your craving for Mexican food.
