Filiberto's Mexican Food - CAVE CREEK

Today I made my first and LAST trip to Filiberto's. My burrito was very good. The service was a bit slow, but not bad. Here's the kicker A 3% service fee for not paying in cash. Who pays in cash? It's the 21st century. So, hello and Hasta la Vista Filiberto's!

Nothin beats a hangover like a greazzy Carne asada burro!

For fast food/mexican fast food this place is great, I love their carnitas burritos, kids typically get the rolled tacos and I have always had pleasant people working when I go!

Terrible. Doughy bread, burrito didn't taste anything. Nice drinks, barely cold. Pretty generic fast food place inside interior, but it wasn't fast. Not worth the money.

Shady Experience. CHECK YOUR FOOD I order a steak Ranchero for lunch. They give me the order and because I'm at work I just park in the parking lot to eat. I own the box, no steak. ALOT of onions and bell peppers though. So I go back through the drive through. Noone else is in there so I get right to the window. I was just gonna ask if they can put the steak in a seperate container. But 3 people look at me and keep walking. I honk the horn twice and still. Finally the young lady comes to the window angry that she has dry be the one to deal with it. I ask for a refund and she immediately says OK almost like she already knew. She asks for the plate back and before she discarded I asked if she can open it. It's a steak Ranchero, no steak. She gives the refund. I get time are hard, but adding weight with onions etc and hope that someone drives off before checking until they get home to get away with it is NOT cool. This could have easily been resolved if said there was no steak or even the first saw me at the window
