Brugo's Pizza Co Bistro - CAVE CREEK

The food was 7 stars but the service was a 1 star. Had to ask for refills, menu and our food was like warm when arrived our table.

Always a great meal! My favorite is the Chicken Piccata special served with pasta. Fantastico!!!

Finally made it after all the vibe on the street. I Had a reservation for 4 and it was my birthday. We were seated right away and ordered. It took over an hour to get our pizza. They said they were slammed but it didn't look like anything unusual, but no one ever communicated or apologized for the delay. Pizza was very good not as much as the hype but we enjoyed it. The Stagecoach Village seemed to be struggling and there's a train raised above the restaurant that needed repaired but the waiter said the property manager wouldn't fix it. I won't go back to try the lasagna I heard was good. Maybe carry-out but won't risk dining in they don't seem to be able to handle the normal early evening rush.

Overpriced and Inconsistent mediocre pizza. The first time we dined here, the pizza was quite good. Three weeks later we ordered the same exact pizza and it was barely mediocre. A $38 dollar pizza should be excellent, not dry with hardly any sauce or cheese. Along with two beers and a salad, our bill was $72 without tip. We ordered the 16 pizza so we would have leftovers but neither one of us want to eat them! The last time we had a Dominos it was much better that this. We haven't spent this much money on dinner in a while and it's quite disappointing that we didn't even have a good meal. Won't be back and we all lose since we live in Carefree year round and eat out often.
