Contribuiți la feedbackSaw Bill Dutcher and his son perform there. It was terrific, so talented, great volume, great ambiance, we will be back.
Great food and drinks in an old western laid back atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful nature with incredible music by Jay Allan!
Bad experience overall. Owner was sitting at one of the tables loudly bad mouthing other restaurants in the area, really poor form for a local establishment. He also was disparaging employees that were not present in front of other wait staff. I would not go again and support someone who doesn’t respect his staff or other local businesses.
Let’s start with the food, craving a waffle. Well let’s tell ya it’s blahzay. No taste what so ever. Just a hint of vanilla or table spoon of buttermilk would cure this guys blues. A sprinkle of powdered sugar and cinnamon would even help, then the syrup it’s definitely food service syrup. Blah. Again a hint of flavor would wake up any breakfast item. The roll display give me a break. A plastic cookies display case is needed badly. Wrap a pastry in clear wrap that’s what you have. The coffee is just brewed food service coffee, may I suggest CareFree coffee down the street. It’s a great an excellent cup of coffee, pastries too. Get there early if you are hungry. Back to my review of janeys. It’s a booze spot. Drink and you won’t notice all the problems. The economy is definitely killing the area. Money isn’t rolling in like it used too. Too bad. We won’t be returning. It’s just not worth the money anymore.
A friend recommended Janye's a few years ago so we thought we would visit. It has become one of our favorite spots...especially when the weather is nice. The outdoor musicians are great. We have returned several times to see Ben Bolt....AWESOME entertainer. His vocals are amazing. The food has always been good....Love this place. If you are looking for a great place to spend some time enjoying music...having a cocktail or coffee drink... and enjoying a great atmosphere, Jayney's is the place to go in Cave Creek.
