Black Mountain Tavern Distillery

We visited the restaurant for the first time last night and ended up sitting at the bar since it was quite crowded. The atmosphere was comfortable, and there were plenty of TVs showing all the games. The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly! The food was also delicious. We shared the pretzel and beer cheese appetizers. I ordered the Mahi fish tacos, while my wife had the Cajun swai. I didn't get a chance to try hers because I was too busy enjoying my tacos, but she said it was fantastic. I heard someone complain about the portion sizes, but I think they must be mistaken! I'm a big guy, and the portions were more than enough for me. I found the prices to be on par with other places in the area. It's wonderful to have such a place in Tatum Ranch, and since it's close by, we will definitely be returning!

I dined with my daughter today and had the porcini mushroom pasta. It was the best I've had in a long time, and certainly the finest mushroom dish I've ever tasted. I also loved the decor; it's very stylish.

Our server was incredibly friendly, and the food was fantastic! The atmosphere was fun and casual, with plenty of TVs—making it a great spot to enjoy a meal while watching a game. I've been really thinking about my French friends, and I can't wait to go back!

The first time here. Loved, loved the food! I had the green Chile adovada stew and it was delicious! Not much in craft beer, but their wine selection is great! The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was fabulous! Will definitely come back!

A great place to go with friends and family. The drink menu is very creative with a lot of good drinks and the food is absolutely delicious! I'm definitely going back.
