Pizza Hut - Cave City

I placed an order to go for a carry-out. I’m only rating the service and quality at this location. Food was excellent, customer service when I went into the business to pick it up was good and the place was clean. The online order was a whole different story.

A little short staffed but very good, staff was friendly and helpful

I called in for a delivery cause I am new to the area and they have specific times when delivery starts. I still do not know when or whenever I can get pizza delivered. Hard not to have something delivered when you can't get around.

The store was completely nasty. A mildew odor as soon as you walk in. Dirty windows. Dirty walls. Service was HORRIBLE. My cup was dirty. Had to go have it replaced it myself. 2/3 plates were dirty. Had to replace them myself. Had to request silverware and go to the register to ask for it. Waitress never came to see if we needed refills. It was just horrible.
