Giappo Sushi&delicious

I am always sorry to make a negative review but here it is mandatory. Welcome to the cold cast, waiting to order about 40 minutes, when a table after us ordered in 5 minutes because friends of the waiter. I have to say that I have tasted different types of sushi throughout Italy from starto all you can eat but here we shave the ridiculous. To taste, the ingredients other than those written in paper too long between a flow and another even if the local was half empty. The waiters couldn't explain the dishes. Very disappointed, so much hunger and empty wallets. Flop

Intrigued by the local seen from the outside, located in a cross of the historic center of Cava de ' Tirreni animated by other premises teaching Delicious , and loaded with expectations (thanks also to the famous brand) we decided to experiment the kitchen of Giappo. Passionate about Japanese cuisine and expert knowledgeers of typical dishes, considering that we usually go to Japan for work, we were not disappointed. Delused for the approximation of staff in presenting the only dish required: traditional sushi set of 50 pcs. The dish was scarce with invisible uramaki and osomaki and tasteless. As a dish of Tradition we would have expected more attention to detail and, at least, quality fish. The staff did not show passion and competence in the presentation of the dish by exposing only a list of random ingredients and indicating the individual pieces in an incongruent way with what he explained. We initially intended to order other dishes but, disappointed by the first course, we decided to pay the bill and leave. Never again!!

Fish great nothing to criticize. High prices but it is also always excellent quality fish combined with extravagant ingredients. Very kind and competent staff.

I was in this restaurant for the second time, very good sushi, the only disappointment was that of not finding dishes that had been published in previous days on the instagram page of the local... The staff just referred to us that they were not available... I think they were only advertised. Dear Vincenzo, pay attention to these things that people can stay ill

Quality of the excellent products but portions a little bit poor quality ratio pretty good price. Three stars
