All good here with great staff and food also some karoke on occasions. owner great and his staff very friendly.

Overpriced (particularly the Prosecco) for average food and service. There are better restaurants nearby offering better value for money.

One of the staples of any summer in Marina di Caulonia, La Perla appears to be one of the pillars the peak season is built around. Located across the road from the beach this entirely outdoor restaurant is one I’ve eaten in many times over the years. Menu is fairly traditional Italian fare with a dash of seafood, natural given its seaside location. I normally stick to the pizzas, and while La Perla has never been my outright favourite on this front, I’ve also never had a bad one and to be honest, in the face of the constant chopping and changing that goes on with eateries along the lido, consistency actually counts for quite a bit! So yes, not a restaurant I rush to each summer, but one I definitely make a point of visiting at least once per trip. Fairly priced, reliable and with generally good service, I’ve more good things to say about it than bad.
