Vankiosk Lanches - Caucaia

We recently returned from our first trip to Brasil, and Vankiosk was recommended by the hosts where we were. We went to lunch and had a wonderful time! Not only could we take part in a delicious meal. It's not your typical restaurant. The place that is immaculately clean was designed to offer visitors a complete culinary experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and answers all questions about food, regardless of how crazy they can be. We have learned how to make a perfect posing egg that we could successfully do at home, we made a tasty French onion soup, tried to turn a crepe, and there was no need to buy chocolates to take home because the recipe we took with us gave us everything we need to have this delicious morsel at any time we want. Their goal is to make cooking and eating fun, and they have achieved this safely. I recommend Vankiosk!

We learned how to make a perfect poached egg which we successfully were able to do at home, we made a scrumptious French onion soup, attempted to flip a crepe, and there was no need to buy pralines to take home because the recipe we took with us gave us all we need to have those delicious morsels anytime we want. Their goal is to make cooking and eating fun, and they certainly accomplished that. I highly recommend Vankiosk!
