Pizza Hut - Catskill

The personal did their absolute best, even if it went back on command. in an order for picking up to 7.....left there shortly before 8! there were only two team members, they were very overwhelmed and far overwhelmed. they worked as hard and fast as possible to get orders and out of the door. I only got a name (brandon, but if I were them, I would have closed the doors. the shipper tried to clarify the orders and provide the things. the manager went around 7 o'clock on Saturday and left 2 persons to 11. unruly customers do not help with the feeling of being overwhelmed. there were at least 6-7 tickets that hang at a time, how should 2 persons with the production, taking and distributing orders up?! pizza and wings were typical for a pizza hat. mushrooms were not the largest, but after so long it is to be expected. yes, they need help and maybe a manager who takes care of their personal and restaurant. the shortened hours can help with overwhelming staff, do not let them be burned out. you have a few good ones here.

Although I did not receive my free breadsticks (apparently zimstick) as expected (I was informed that I would have to pay the difference), I still rate Pizza Hut with 5 stars. I believe the employee was at fault for not handling the situation correctly. Pizza Hut's pizza is simply the best, and I would choose it over any other pizza any day.

As someone who doesn't eat cheese, I was pleasantly surprised by the menu options that did not contain any cheese. The staff was friendly and professional, and the food was incredibly delicious.

I hate to say this, but I suggest avoiding this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, we were told they were short-staffed and couldn't accommodate us right away. They even recommended we try another place. I really hope the owner reads these reviews and takes action before they go out of business.

For a chain pizza place I am highly impressed! The service was amazing! There were only two people working but they were both so attentive checking if we needed anything, of the food was ok and if more drinks were needed. The food itself was perfect and came out quickly! Other establishments should take notes because this visit was above and beyond what I expected!
