Lucy's Paradise Cafe - Catonsville

Walked in at 8am. Lights on, door unlocked, heat cranking and super loud music was blaring. No one was there, unless you count the guy whose legs were sticking out from the back booth he was sleeping or passed out in. Was really hoping for a nice breakfast so very disappointed, and a little creeped out.

The menue needs to be updated and their website needs to update their operating hours.
