Franco's Italian Bistro - Catonsville

Went here for the first time this evening with a girlfriend. We really enjoyed this atmosphere, food is phenomenal. Friendly and attentive bartender Heather. Will 100% be back!

Terrible experience! We ordered a pizza for pickup, and this is what we got! It was burnt and looked unappetizing. We paid $16 for this! I called the restaurant right away and spoke with a manager named Dawn. When I asked if anything could be done, she told me they were too busy to help. The customer service was awful! I recommend finding a different place to eat. I had to give it one star to post this, but they don't deserve even that!

Had a great dinner at Franco’s Friday night. Everything was perfect from the drinks to the food to the atmosphere

Last night we had another great meal at Franco's. it's our go to for impromptu date nights. The meals are tasty and everyone is friendly.

First time there yesterday. Food was really good! Pizza was even better, awesome brick oven pizza!
