Ordered a 2 scoop sundae and she pulls out a child 's scoop. I asked, Will I still be paying $7.99 for a child 's sundae? She replied, Yes . I asserted, I 'd like 2 adult sized scoops please. The bill ended up $8.38I think she was just trying to get away with serving me undersized scoops for full price. Pretty tricky. I don 't like being cheated. Pay attention if you decide to buy here. You can see from the reviews that the service is consistently bad. I agree. You should be able to get what you pay for.

Counter person was very rude. She needs read the back of her shirt, that reads sweeter. Not rude!!! Will never go back or recommend the place.

Closed 7 minutes before closing. Turned off the lights as I walked to the door when they could clearly see me walking up

If you have not been to this place in a while....DONT. The prices are literally OUTRAGEOUS!! It makes no sense! They must have just raised their prices. And the staff is like dealing with a rock with eyeballs. It is clean and has a good selection of ice cream and cakes but I will never go back. I'd rather go grab some Ice cream at Handels in PD and STILL pay less for gourmet Ice Cream. There is no way that this place will be in business very long with these employees and prices.
