Jack In The Box - Cathedral City

I was very surprised with the good service and product this morning. I stopped by this location at about 6:15 this morning. I ordered the sausage croissant and added bacon to it. The service was excellent and the croissant was so good. It looked and tasted like it was freshly made from scratch. This was a very pleasant surprise.

I got onion rings and a medium drink. The onion rings were very good, hot, nice. Then I tried to get my unsweetened iced tea and they really should have directions aside from just touch the button for the one you want. Thank heaven there were a couple nice men there who helped me figure out how to use that machine. I'm sure the kids have no problem but when you're older... yeah you can't always figure things out like that.

Absolutely terrible service. The fact that they had to put our cheese on the side of our sandwich because they're NOT ALLOWED to put it on the burger because we're using a coupon even though we're paying the extra charge is beyond me. You're still charging us the extra but you can't put it on the burger? Because you're not allowed? Am I missing something? I've gone to other Jacks in the valley and have never ever heard of this. Management needs to do an overhaul because the manager here has no idea what she's doing. Laziness at its finest. Avoid this Jack and go to the one in PS, it's worth the drive. They'll give you the extra cheese that you PAY for and they'll even put it on the burger instead of in a box on the side, how nice is that? By the way I checked the coupon, it says cheese is an additional charge. No where does it say that you can't put it on the sandwich. Get it straight.

I love the shakes from Jack in the box, but it has been very disappointing the past 4 times that I 've gone to ONLY purchase some shakes and each time have been told they don 't have any. This was between 9pm 11pm, I don 't know if this is so the employees don 't have to clean the machine, but it was a waste of gas and time just to try and buy some shakes. The last time I went the girl taking my order said I just sold the last one which made it sound like if I was ordering a pre made shake or something that is just waiting in the freezer to be purchased...what a joke!

Horrible I ordered from the Jack in box app delivery I only got my burgers and drinks not my two curly fries or my chicken nuggets for my kids. I can't get a hold of the driver who brought my food because they have no contact info and I called the restaurant that is open 24 hours and they won't answer after multiple attempts. The burgers that did come were horrible I wouldn't even give them one star a waste of my money next time I will just order a pizza
