Contribuiți la feedbackWe attended a conference at this hotel. We weee in the presidential suite which was beautiful with a lovely view of the mountains. The only thing missing was a microwave in the bar area. Bed was comfortable, and the hotel was beautiful.Rooms: 5/5
Initially, I wasn't sure what I wanted so I booked two rooms for my small family. Fernando, at the front desk, listened to my needs and came up with a fantastic solution that saved us money and gave us a wonderful room. Fernando understands customer service, Hilton could use a lot more Fernandos!Rooms: 5/5
The overall impression after staying in the hotel is that nobody cares about a good service: We got an incorrect room assigned. It was supposed to be wheelchair accessible room with Mountain View but they gave us a regular room with a view to a wall. Hotel is outdated: carpets need replacement, doors scratched and damaged, the air conditioner has a moldy odor.I would recommend searching for a better option when staying in Palm Springs.
Well, if you're someone who enjoys the feeling of your skin melting off your bones, then this is the perfect spot for you! But if you're looking for a place with crisp, refreshing air conditioning and clean rooms, you might want to keep searching.This place is horrible, my room looked like they hadn’t cleaned it in months. Dust was all over the place.Room service was non-existent, you call at 1:00 PM they will not offer a room service saying it’s not available at the moment for security reasons. I changes my own sheets.Outside temperature was close to 120 degrees. My neighbors AC was straight up not working, they offered him a fan.I come back home and find an unauthorized charged from hotel restaurant and bar. Since I didn’t have a meal, it keeps going to the machine. It’s so frustrating.Have mercy on yourself and find a better place to stay!
Very noise from other rooms , call front desk and didn’t resolve the problem. Front desk staff told me that I can either switch the room or switch the hotel and she doesn’t have time for my issue . Both besides lamps are not working , coffee machine has full water from previous guest , AC is not cool and WI-FI is unstable.
