Trattoria Saltimbocca Da Giancarlo

A highlight of the trip for all of us and the best fish dishes we had so far! Giancarlo and his whole family were welcoming, and they cooked us a nice tailor-made meal! We were late, and they gave us several incredible seafood dishes (based on the fresh fish they had left for the day), and they even invited us to the kitchen to show us and talk about how they cook our meals! They also helped us get a taxi after our meal! Oh and the house wine is amazing! Very recommended. We'll be back.

One of the best Trattorias I happened to stumble upon in Catania. The freshest seafood and the service fantastic. Full of locals which is where tourists like me love to eat! And on top of it economical. Great experience

Gentile il proprietario-chef e tutti i collaboratori. Pesce fresco cucinato in maniera semplice e genuina. Locale semplice ed accogliente. Menù tradizionale e abbastanza variegato. Dessert buoni.
