Wendy's - Castro Valley

I've ordered from here five times, and each time they've forgotten the kids' Frostys. It's really frustrating to spend $50 on fast food and have the kids get all excited for a Frosty that never arrives. Honestly, it's not that hard to confirm all the items in an order.

Everything tasted like it had been left out all night. The food was tough and stale, which was quite disappointing.

The staff definitely needs better training. I ordered the Pretzel Bacon Pub Chicken Sandwich Combo, but when it arrived, the sandwich had a dry bun, a dry piece of chicken, and some onion ring crumbles. There was no bacon, no cheese, and none of the usual condiments. I really can't understand how that could happen.

We visited this restaurant on Thursday evening and encountered a long line, which took about 15 minutes to navigate before we could place our order. Given the crowd, I expected to receive hot, fresh food, but what we got was a significant letdown. The chicken nuggets were not only cold but also stale and inedible. The fries were cold too, and my burger came out lukewarm with unmelted cheese. I ordered a root beer and ended up with Dr. Pepper, which I really don't like. To top it all off, the chocolate frosty was watery. It’s hard to believe they could make so many mistakes with one order. Additionally, the frying oil clearly needed to be changed. I’m not sure if we’ll return.

I really enjoyed their Pub Bacon Cheeseburger! The Strawberry Frostie was good too, but I still like the classic Chocolate Frostie better for dipping my fries! Delicious!
