The Habit Burger Grill - Castro Valley

They forgot to include my ranch on the side, and the sweet potato fries weren’t crispy.

I requested my fries to be extra crispy, but instead, I received a combination of cold, old fries mixed with some fresher ones, and none of them were crispy at all. The burger had been sitting out for so long that the edges of the cheese were dry and hard, and the meat was about the same temperature as the fries.

Always request extra dressing for the Grilled Chicken Caesar or any salad. Their dressing tends to be thick, so having some extra is a good idea. Adding bacon is definitely a great way to boost the protein. I tried the Charburger with Cheese wrapped in lettuce, and I have to say, it’s better constructed than In-N-Out’s!

The chicken bites were very dry and way over deep fried-did not eat them. The fries tasted more like fish than French fries and cooked in old oil. Did not eat them. The hamburger was dry and lacking any flavor. We enjoyed The Habit in the pass but not now.
